Among them, the shrapnel is divided into phosphorus-copper shrapnel and stainless steel shrapnel, but now many manufacturers choose phosphorus-copper shrapnel in order to save costs. The performance and price of phosphorus-copper shrapnel are relatively low. After the furnace temperature, phosphorus-copper shrapnel will change and shrink seriously, which will lead to poor hand feeling. If stainless steel shrapnel is used, there will be no problem. Because the cost of stainless steel shrapnel is much higher than that of phosphorus-copper shrapnel, many manufacturers take risks to choose phosphorus-copper shrapnel, so when purchasing lightly touch switch, they must ask questions clearly.

In the production process, there will be a customer response switch lid will leak phenomenon. How did a good switch cover fall off? First, we need to understand the structure of the switch. The cover of the switch is on the back cover. This is a constant production process for thousands of years. Familiar people will find that the lid is fixed by four rivets on the base, so as long as the four rivets are loose or the rivets shrink or deform after high temperature, the lid will fall off. Preventive cover only pays attention to the following two problems. In wet weather, the shrapnel of the switch is easily oxidized, and the contact performance after oxidation is not as good as before, that is, there is a problem of light press and no conduction. Many consumers have also dismantled the switch and found that there will be a small black spot on the shrapnel, which is the effect of shrapnel oxidation. Therefore, it is suggested that the electronic products we do not normally use should be placed in a relatively dry place, and the prepaid electronic parts should be oxidized.
Four, high resistance value.
At present, many customers don't know much about the resistance value of the switch. Generally, the resistance value of the switch is controlled below 30m Euro, so the contact performance and life of the switch are very good, but some switches have higher resistance value after furnace temperature and life test. What is the effect of high resistance on the switch? If the resistance is high, it means that the contact area between the shrapnel and PIN foot of the switch is too small. The contact area is too small to cause the switch to be contacted. Once the switch is not contacted, it will be bad. Therefore, we should be careful about the resistance of the switch, the shrapnel and PIN foot for plating requirements are relatively high, plating resistance will be low. After the life test, the surface of the shrapnel will be worn. If the electroplating is thin, the resistance will be high and the switch will be bad.
Five, do not eat tin, false welding phenomenon, foot rust.
Many customers in the production process, found that the PIN foot of the switch does not eat tin, often false welding phenomenon. The PIN foot of the switch is made of iron foot and copper foot. The switch is assembled by electroplating after high-speed punching. The switch is sealed and packed by PE plastic bag. We all know that this is not a very good packaging method. The good packaging method is vacuum packaging. The switch foot is easy to contact with air. If the air contacts for a long time, the switch foot will be oxygen. Chemicals, more serious foot will also rust, this situation occurs on iron feet, we recommend the use of copper feet silver-plated foot. Once the foot is oxidized, there will be no tin and false welding. There is also a possibility problem, if the foot of PCB is too large, it is easy to have switch fake welding problem.
